So I got this thing I’m really interested in when it comes to exercising. HIIT.

And the question is:

“What is HIIT & How Does It Make Us Lose Weight Even As We Sleep?”

Well, truth is, I heard a statement like this from somewhere, but I can’t remember where, so I’m going to either prove that you can lose weight as you sleep, or you cant.

Look. I even decided to do this event before I wrote my first post, because it’ll make me do a tonne of research, and hopefully, you and I will both know a tonne more about the topic.

I’ll be answering these questions between April 19th and April 23rd (no pressure then):

1: What is HIIT and why do experts say it’s more effective at weight loss than normal cardio?

2: Can you do HIIT with a limited amount of time and still lose weight?

3: What do we have to do so that we can even lose weight in our sleep?

That’s it. There are some pretty keen statements out there that I need to make sure are true, because I hate the idea of following some fad thing, and even more so now that I’m basing half my exercise regime on HIIT.
